Description

I share with you the primal artwork for the cover of my new ebook which will be released soon at Kindle Amazon in spanish. "Una Casa Sin Puerta" is a suspense novel that is part of the first volume of the saga "Chronicles of Miskatonic". It is influenced in large by the literary current of cosmic terror, a genre created by the American writer Howard Philips Lovecraft that would qualify it as a pseudomithology, a cosmogony plagued by ancestral horrors and collective archetypes.

The myths become amalgamated with more real terrors, you will any longer encounter ghosts but primitive divinities of dimensions alien to our cosmos and struggling to cling to this world.

The stories are a compilation of chronicles written in the first person by a student of archeology who finds in his circle of friends a refuge to share the same passion: the forbidden books and a common belief about archaic gods and ancient secret rites, celebrated since remote times, before the appearance of the first man, when the Earth was inhabited only by inconceivable interstellar beings.

The characters interact in the company of an omniscient "I" who unwittingly begins to figure out that their world is no longer as normal as it was before. So often quoted by this genre, the impotent and desperate character is completely unable to flee, driven by a dark force to its unpredictable end.

Throughout this saga the reader will find out which side the characters are involved, but as always, there is no way to get rid of or stop this evil force and all victories are temporary, with a high price to pay for it ...
